| Abstract: | The paper considers questions of regional innovative activity monitoring system of the Russian Federations. It also identify an important problem of providing the federal statistic unit by qualitative statistical information due to innovative activity of ies on the basis of the updated methodology of statistical survey in innovative sphere which include the international standards (OECD and Eurostat) and Russian region quality management standards (like ISO 9000/2000). |
