| Abstract: | Development of small business is largely dependent on the provision of free access to information . Entrepreneurship involves the exchange of knowledge and information. Difficulty in obtaining information burden business activities . Rational development of small business depends substantially on the optimization of information system security. The present stage of economic development requires a special mechanism for the link between supply and demand , tailored to specific market needs. |
