Abstract: Experimental and computation fission neutron age data up to the indium resonance in mixtures Zr-H2O, Al-H2O, Fe-H2O often used in reactor physics have been analyzed. The approximations obtained on the basis of the least square method are introduced, their error is estimated. The necessity of experimental neutron age definition in pure metals and search of alternative methods of computation are shown.
