Abstract:	We propose a new transparent analytical systems on the basis of polymethacrylate matrix (PMM) with immobilized reagents. Such analytical systems are widely used for the determination of various substances. These materials enable to solve several problems of quality control of food production, drinks and ecological monitoring of water solutions and aerosols. In this investigation are shown methods, and their adaptability for determination of the concentration of xanthene dyes with PMM. There are researched properties of PMM and factors are affecting the analysis procedure.
