Abstract:	This research presents the basic stages of development of engineer are examined in the field of his professional activity. Theoretical and practical consideration of question about a management by projects in engineering activity, that is sent to the decision of labour intensive theoretical and practical tasks put to the engineer. Educating in an university and further use of the acquired habits and knowledge is in technology of implementation of works and decision of tasks.
