Управление дебиторской задолженностью организации в условиях кризиса

Abstract

Данная работа освещает актуальные вопросы, связанные с управлением дебиторской задолженностью в компании. Целью работы является исследования изучение состояния и движения дебиторской задолженности ООО «Энергия Сибири», а также разработка стратегии и тактики по её управлению. Актуальность темы дипломной работы заключается в том, что дебиторская задолженность является частью оборотного капитала, это является одним из определяющим и решающим фактором в финансово хозяйственной деятельности, а также успешности и конкурентоспособности предприятия. В процессе исследования использовались нормативные и законодательные акты Российской Федерации, внутренняя документация компании ООО «Энергия Сибири», специальная литература и литература отечественных авторов в сфере финасового менеджмента.

This work covers the important issues related to the management of receivables in the company. The aim of this work is a research study of the status and movement of accounts receivable OOO "Energy Siberia", as well as the development of strategy and tactics for its management. The relevance of the topic of the thesis is that receivables are part of working capital, it is one of the determining and decisive factor in financial and economic activities, and the effectiveness and competitiveness of the enterprise. In the process of research used normative and legislative acts of the Russian Federation, internal documents of the company "Energy Siberia", special literature and literature of Russian authors in the sphere of financial management.
