Abstract: The annotation should be written in English, Times New Roman, 10 Pt, Italic. The annotation should be no longer than 300 words. The annotation should be as brief as possible but long enough to indicate clearly the nature of the study. Nowadays, virtual education in Russia is in the process of adaptation to different changes in our society. New technical infrastructures are beginning to define the essence of the educational environment. This leads to the beginning of the process of revision of the modern role of higher education, which is less dependable now on geographic location and more - on the professional community interests. New virtual educational technologies are suitable to assess trainees' "for results" and, consequently, to build result-oriented educational programs. Thus, modern virtual education will give students the opportunity to be autonomous cogniser, which significantly change the usual teacher-student relationship.
