Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа содержит 119 страниц, 16 рисунков, 17 таблиц, 24 использованный источник, 4 приложения. Ключевые слова: платежеспособность, ликвидность, финансовая устойчивость, анализ финансовых показателей, бухгалтерский баланс, активы предприятия, задолженность. Объектом исследования является: Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Производствено строительная компания Фронтал» (ООО «ПСК Фронтал») Цель работы – изучить теоретические аспекты по выбранной теме дипломной работы, провести анализ финансовых показателей платежеспособности компании, выявить проблемные зоны хозяйственной деятельности, разработать план мероприятий по улучшению и стабилизации платежеспособности на предприятии. В процессе написания дипломной работы, был проработан теоретический материал по вопросу управление платежеспособностью. Была изучена внешняя и внутренняя среды компании, определены ближайшие конкуренты. На основании документов финансовой отчетности, проведен анализ финансово хозяйственной деятельности компании. По результатам сделаны выводы и выявлены проблемы, предложены мероприятия по улучшению и стабилизации платежеспособности на предприятии. Экономическая эффективность/ значимость работы. В данной работе проведен анализ и предложены мероприятия по повышению платежеспособности компании, которые в полном объеме могут быть применены на практике и улучшат финансовое положение и конкурентоспособность данного предприятия.

The topic "Management of the enterprise solvency" is selected for writing this graduation thesis. The relevance of the choice can be justified by the fact that, without exception, every company or business is required to analyze its financial situation, the objectives of this analysis are different. The object of the thesis study is a Limited Liability Company "Production and Construction Company Frontal" (LLC "PСС Frontal") that manufactures and installs translucent structures from PVC and aluminum profiles. The aim of the graduation thesis is to analyze the solvency and financial stability of the company, as well as to develop on this basis the ways to enhance these parameters and to elaborate the measures to improve the financial situation of the company in general. According to the results of the analysis conducted in this thesis, it has been suggested to undertake the following measures to improve the LLC "PСС Frontal" liquidity and solvency: • Reduction of the total volume of the reserves through the sale of the non-liquid stock and optimization of the party of the ordered material. • Conduction of the activities to stabilize and decrease the level of the accounts receivable. • Optimization of the short-term debt size, namely the transfer of the part of the short-term loans into the long-term ones, which will allow the company to have more time to carry out the maneuvers with this resource. The result of this work: the LLC “PCC Frontal” is a solvent, resistant to external changes, fast-growing company aimed at the achieving the objectives and getting the results.
