Мотивация и стимулирование на примере ООО «Газпром трансгаз Томск»

Abstract

Объектом исследования послужило предприятие ООО «Газпром трансгаз Томск», являющееся дочерним предприятием ПАО «Газпром». Предмет: мотивация и стимулирование работников Александровского ЛПУМГ – филиала ООО «Газпром трансгаз Томск». Целью работы является анализ современного состояния и проблем мотивации и стимулирования работников Александровского ЛПУМГ. В процессе исследования проводились: анализ степени воздействия стимулирования и мотивации на эффективность труда; анализ литературных данных по этому вопросу; рассмотрение состояния и эффективности системы мотивации и стимулирования в ООО «Газпром трансгаз Томск».

The structure of the work consists of two applications, 65 sources of formulas 7, 12 figures, 10 tables. The object of investigation was the company OOO "Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk", which is a subsidiary of PJSC "Gazprom". Subject: motivation and stimulation of employees of the Alexander LPUMG - a branch of OOO "Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk". The aim is to analyze the current state and problems of motivation and stimulation of employees of the Alexander LPUMG. The study was conducted with the analysis of the impact of stimulation and motivation of labor efficiency; analysis of published data on this issue; status review and the effectiveness of the system of motivation and stimulation in the LLC "Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk".
