THE ABSTRACT The graduate work contains 94 pages, 12 figures, 25 tables, 4 appendices, 12 sheets of graphic material. Key words: THE CASE, DRILLING AND MILLING AND BORING, BASING, TECHNOLOGICAL PROTSESS, IMPLEMENT, MILLING CUTTER, DRILL BIT, GAGE. The designing purpose is working out the technological process of machining the case KPYu-50.04.10.051. The subject of the graduate work is “Project of the technological process of machining the case KPYu-50.04.10.051”. The graduate work contains the following parts: introduction, technological, design, organizational, financial management, efficient use of resources, resource saving and social responsibility. In the technological part we describe the technological process, calculate allowances, cutting conditions and standards of time. In the design part we describe and calculate appliances, cutting and measuring tools. In the organizational part we calculate the amount of equipment and the number of workers. In the financial management we design technical and economic indicators, as well as the annual economic effect. In the social responsibility part we consider the problems of safety on the site and hazards prevention measures. In the graphic part we show the drawing of the part together with the workpiece, drawings of the implements, setup sheets, cutting and measuring tools.
