| Abstract: | In the paper have been considered of non-financial motivation tools. In the paper there have been overviewed the main advantages and disadvantages of modern methods of nonmaterial motivation. Methods of motivation such as grading and gamification is recommended to improve motivation of personnel and organization's activities. |
