| Abstract: | Knowledge Economy is a modern branch of science that allows knowledge through efficient use of resources. Increased investment educational process allows a tremendous increase in the level of accumulated knowledge. Model of effective investment in educational and scientific sphere shows the relationship between level of education and level of development of subsystems of the knowledge economy. |
