Abstract: | This paper was focused on the important nowadays problem of technologies for business staff assessment. The methods which are currently using to determine business staff assessment were reviewed, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. Two well-known methods were proposed and considered: “Business game” and “Interview”, their advantages and disadvantages were presented. It was found, that proposed methods could help to assess the compliance of employee's activities in the organization. |
