Abstract: Along with the fact that the extraction and transportation of oil is one of the financial forming branches of economy of our country, this industry has the greatest impact on environmental pollution. In order to reduce accidents during operation and construction of pipelines, the company JSC "Transneft - Central Siberia" TRNU annually set goals and solve problems of an environmental management system, including the implementation of the requirements of project documentation, quality control, environmental, reduction of emissions of harmful substances into the waters, minimization of air pollution, reduction in accidents of production through regular diagnostics of the pipelines, constant interaction with information resources, savings in electrical and thermal energy. To fulfill these goals and objectives requires a constant increase investment in environmental protection. Only when these conditions are met, enterprises will be carried out environmental safety.
