Abstract: The analysis of errors in the determination of thermal diffusivity of a typical semiconductor material - Germany, due to radiative energy transfer in the heated layer of material, under conditions consistent with the implementation of the method under the influence of the laser pulse on the surface of the collimated laser pulse of finite duration.
