Abstract: | Nowadays, there has been a tendency to increasing in speeds of aircraft to hypersonic ones. Hence, a problem of development of body frame geometries, optimized for large Mach numbers of incoming flow is becoming urgent. The technique and results of experimental studies of a supersonic air flow over flat (a wedge) and axisymmetric (a cone) models are given in this paper. |
