Abstract: The concept of lean production is a modern direction of the control system development that provides humanization of the modern society and promotes the idea of people's well-being in the broadest sense. This study shows how using the lean production tools to ensure a synergistic integration of process optimization in the production of led equipment in the innovative enterprises, to increase its competitiveness, to provide the qualitative products to the consumer and quality of work life of employees and their productivity. The analysis of survey data leads to the conclusion that the main tool for the optimization of the process of production is mapping which allows analyzing the whole process of production, to reveal the problem places, and to bring improvements on the basis of the analysis. It has a direct impact on the company's performance, ensures welfare of employees of the enterprise, improves the quality of life for all participants in the proceedings. Suggestions for future research are presented.
