Abstract: X-ray studies in conjunction with the method of recoil nuclei and electron microscopy of irradiated plates polycrystalline Cu by nanosecond high power density proton beams (E=120 keV; I=80 A/cm{2}, t=50 ns) showed nano block nature of the formation of structure in the surface layer target and condensed-formed film.
