Особенности социальной оценки медицинской имплантологии

Abstract

Научно‐технический прогресс является двигателем изменений в сфере медицины и здравоохранения, что способствует постоянному приросту новых методов и материалов, используемых в современной медицине. Медицинские материалы играют решающую роль в лечении и реабилитации больных, однако из‐ за наличия тесной связи технологии с социумом возникает множество открытых вопросов. Социальная оценка техники необходима для принятия научно обоснованных решений и особенно важна в области трансплантологии и имплантологии, т. к. здесь человек является как объектом, так и субъектом деятельности. В связи с этим особо остро встает вопрос о правомерности и возможности социального контроля над развитием технического прогресса в данной области науки. Таким образом, в рамках данной работы был проведен анализ основных аспектов социальной оценки медицинской имплантологии. В данном вопросе большим опытом и широким набором компетенций обладает концепция социальной оценки технологий, которая с помощью своего разнообразного инструментала способна помочь в комплексной оценке потенциальных воздействий от эксплуатации современных технологий в данной области. В результате работы определены основные критерии и принципы социальной оценки современных медицинских материалов, предназначенных для реконструктивной и регенеративной медицины.

Scientific and technological progress is the key to innovations in the field of medicine and health care, which contributes to the constant introduction of new methods and materials used in modern medicine. Medical materials play a crucial role in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients, however, due to the close relation of technology to society many open questions arise. Technology assessment is intended to make evidence‐ based decisions, and it is particularly important in the field of transplantation and implantology, as here a human is an object and a subject of activity. In this regard, a particularly acute issue arises on legality and possibility of social control over the development of technical progress in this field of science. Thus, the authors carry out the analysis of the main aspects of social evaluation of medical implant. In this matter the concept of technology assessment has a great experience and a wide range of competencies and various instrumental able to assist in a comprehensive study of the potential impacts from implementation of modern technologies in this field. As a result of the work the basic criteria and principles of technology assessment of modern medical materials for reconstructive and regenerative medicine were determined and discussed.
