| Abstract: | In the present study, we formulated the main features of premium banking services in Russia and revealed its the advantages and disadvantages. We analyzed packages of premium services in different banks and revealed similarities and differences. The study formulates proposals to improve the mechanism for premium service in a particular bank and in the country as a whole. |
