| Abstract: | The article examines the main business processes of the educational unit of the University (dean's office). Using the IDEF0 methodology, the processes of functioning of the dean's office for providing training activities have been simulated. The analysis of the obtained diagrams of decomposition of the third-level model allowed to formulate recommendations on the introduction of optimal solutions for managing its activities. |
