| Abstract: | The study involved 87 patients with the stage I-IV cervical cancer patients. The comprehensive survey included colposcopy, cytological and histological analysis, detection and genotyping of high-risk human papillomavirus, viral load and physical status of HPV16 DNA was evaluated. As a result of the study the predictive value of the physical status of type 16 HPV was determined for relapse-free and overall survival of patients with cervical cancer. |
