| Abstract: | In this work was studied the substance DIOL, which has a therapeutic effect against the symptoms of Parkinson's disease ( in preclinical studies were conducted at the Institute of Organic Chemistry in Novosibirsk). In the course of the study conditions were chosen for quantifying the substance of DIOL in the dosage form. The result of the work is the developed procedure for determining the DIOL by HPLC, which corresponds to all parameters considered in the validation process. |
