Информационная этика современного общества

Abstract

Поднимается вопрос о роли информационной этики в процессе использования информационных технологий современного общества. Отражены взгляды Н. Винера на принципы решения этических проблем в области применения информационной техники, а также его вклад в становление информационной этики в целом. Статья раскрывает основные моральные принципы будущего общества, названные "великими принципами справедливости" Винера, их влияние на анализ возникающих информационно-этических вопросов и трансформацию главных человеческих ценностей. Рассмотрены взгляды К. Горниак-Корсиковской относительно перспектив развития информационной этики: перерождение компьютерной этики в глобальную этику информационного века. Отражены положения информационно-этической теории Л. Флориди, определяющие характерные особенности новой этики современного общества. Сформулирована основная цель информационной этики, описаны последствия энтропии и "четыре принципа" ее искоренения из информационной среды. Сделан вывод о важном предназначении формирующейся этики, основной функции и задачах.

The paper brings up an issue of information ethics role in using information technologies of modern society and reflects the views of N. Wiener on principles of solving ethic problems in the field of application of information techniques as well as his contribution to the development of the information ethics. The paper reveals the main moral principles of the future society called the Wiener "great principle of justice", their influence on analysis of occurring information and ethic issues and transformation of the main human values. The author has considered the views of K. Gorniak-Korsikovskaya on prospects for development of information ethics: computer ethics degeneration into global ethics of information age. The paper reflects the positions of information ethic theory of L. Floridi which determine special features of a new ethics of the modern society. The author stated the main objective of the information ethics and described the consequences of entropy and "four principles" of its extermination from information environment. The author made the conclusion on the important purpose, the main aim and the objectives of the ethics.
