Abstract: To strengthen and keep human health, it is necessary information characteristic of changes of vital signs of the person. Diagnostics of the state health and determination of level of physical activity is carried out in two directions: active and passive diagnostics. By means of active diagnostics estimate flexibility of a backbone, force and the movement of extremities and also change arrangement of central nervous system. Assessment of physical health and efficiency of the person is carried out by means of measurement indicators of the vital functions of the person. Developed a biotechnical system it can be used for diagnostics and monitoring of the vital functions of the person. The system with use of active electrodes, gives an opportunity to estimate the patient's condition in real time, and to keep data of the patient for monitoring the state of health.[1] This biotechnical system gives the chance of tracking and archiving of the following indicators the vital functions of the person. Measurement of the heart rate (pulse) in real time Control of level of arterial blood pressure it is constant also in dynamics Control of the electric fields which are formed during the work of heart (ECG) Control of motive frustration in space.
