Воздействие сетевых форм хозяйствования на структурные изменения экономики

Abstract

Актуальность исследования определяется экстремально быстрым развитием новых форм экономического взаимодействия, основанных на росте информационно-коммуникационного пространства, все большим влиянием сетевых технологий, цифровизации на экономические взаимоотношения и структурные изменения экономики. Цель работы: исследовать закономерности воздействия сетевых форм хозяйствования на формирование новых структур экономики. Методы исследования: общенаучные методы (анализ и синтез, системный подход, индукция и дедукция, исторический и логический). Результаты. Рассмотрены закономерности воздействия сетевых форм хозяйствования на формирование новых структур экономики. Структурные сдвиги в экономике проанализированы с точки зрения информационно-технологической революции и воздействия пятого технологического уклада. Исследовано содержание термина «сетевая экономика», который описывает инструментальное содержание качественных изменений конкурентной среды, механизмов и новых принципов деятельности агентов экономической системы. Термин «цифровая экономика» рассмотрен с точки зрения формирования теоретических основ ее становления и развития. Исследована возможность трансформации традиционной (рыночной) экономики с позиции цифровизации процессов производства и распределения благ. Сделан вывод об объективном характере модификации модели рынка, генезиса и развития сетевых (и цифровых) форм хозяйствования как основ развертывания новых структур экономики в условиях интенсивной трансформации технологических укладов.

The relevance of the research is determined by the extremely fast development of new forms of economic interaction based on the growth of information and communication space, the increasing influence of network technologies, digitalization on economic relations and structural changes in the economy. The main aim of the study is to investigate the patterns of the impact of network forms of management on the formation of new economic structures. Methods. The authors have applied the general scientific methods, such as analysis and synthesis, a systems approach, induction and deduction, historical and logical. Results. The paper considers the laws of the impact of network forms of management on formation of new economic structures. The authors have analyzed the structural changes in the economy in terms of the information technology revolution and the impact of the fifth technological order and studied the content of the term «network economy», which describes the instrumental content of qualitative changes in the competitive environment, mechanisms and new principles of activity of agents of the economic system. The term «digital economy» is considered from the point of view of forming the theoretical foundations of its formation and development. The possibility of transforming the traditional (market) economy from the standpoint of digitalization of production processes and the distribution of goods was investigated. The conclusion is made about the objective nature of modifying the market model, the genesis and development of network (and digital) forms of management, as the basis for deployment of new economic structures in the context of intensive transformation of technological structures.
