Интеграция системы "1С: Предприятие 8" и программного комплекса проектирования печатных плат P-CAD 2006 в системе электронного документооборота

Abstract

Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью повышения эффективности и сокращения сроков разработки изделий на приборостроительных предприятиях корпорации "Роскосмос", а также необходимостью разработки, внедрения и сопровождения наукоемких проектов в корпорации с использованием автоматизации управления инженерными данными и производством на всех этапах жизненного цикла изделия. Цель работы: анализ особенностей интеграции программного комплекса P-CAD 2006 для сквозного проектирования аналоговых, цифрово-аналоговых и аналогово-цифровых устройств в автоматизированную систему управления инженерными данными и производством на платформе 1С: Предприятие 8; разработка алгоритмов их взаимодействия как в пакетном режиме обработки данных, тик и в режиме диалогового взаимодействия пользователей системы электронного документооборота, реализованной на платформе 1С: Предприятие 8. Методы исследования: объектно-ориентированный и структурный методы программирования в средах разработки программного обеспечения 1С: Предприятие 8 и Microsoft Visual Studio 6 с использованием объектных моделей программного комплекса P-CAD 2006 и Microsoft Excel 2007. Результаты. Разработан ActiveX элемент, реализующий алгоритмы взаимодействия P-CAD 2006 и 1С: Предприятие 8 с возможность оперативного доступа пользователей системы электронного документооборота к данным принципиальных электрических схем и компоновочных чертежей печатных плат. Возможность оперативного доступа пользователей автоматизированной системы управления инженерными данными и производством ОАО "НПЦ "Полюс"" позволила сократить сроки на проектирование, корректировку, сопровождение и повышение качества документации. Разработчики изделий получили мощный механизм для анализа и контроля проектируемых изделий.

The relevance of the research is caused by the necessity to increase the efficiency and to reduce the terms of working out the products at the instrument-making enterprises of corporation "Roskosmos". The relevance is caused as well by the necessity to introduce and to support the high technology projects implemented in the corporation by using automation of engineering data and manufacture management at all stages of a product life cycle. The main aim of the study is to the analyze the features of integration of software P-CAD 2006 for end-to-end design of analogue, digital-analogue and analogue-digital devices into the automated control system of engineering data and manufacture on 1С: Enterprise 8 platform; to develop the algorithms of their interaction both in a package mode of data processing and in a mode of dialogue interaction of users of the electronic document circulation system implemented on 1С: Enterprise 8 platform. The methods used in the study: object-oriented and structural methods of programming in environments of working out the software 1С: Enterprise 8 and Microsoft Visual Studio 6 using the objective models of software P-CAD 2006 and Microsoft Excel 2007. The results. The authors have developed ActiveX element implementing the algorithms of interaction of P-CAD 2006 and 1С: Enterprise 8 with the possibility of on?line access for users of the electronic document circulation system to the data of basic electric schemes and layout drawings of printed-circuit boards. The possibility of the on-line access for users of the automated control system of engineering data and manufacture of JSC "Scientific & Industrial Centre "Polyus"" allowed reducing the terms of designing, updating, support and improvement of documentation quality. The developers of the products received the powerful mechanism for analyzing and the controlling the designed products.
