Abstract: Complex permittivity frequency spectra of polymeric composite materials on the basis of plasticized polyvinylchloride filled with powders of ferroelectric ceramics PZT and titanium dioxide were studied in this work. It has been shown that it is possible to design a newcomposite material with high stored energy on the basis of polyvinylchloride matrix.
