Abstract: Model of forming diffusion zone between material and coating during the process of impulse electron-beam treatment has been formulated. Algorithm of numerical problem solution on non-isothermal diffusion is developed taking into consideration the difference of spatial and temporal scales of heat conductivity and diffusion in solid substances. Dependence of diffusion zone characteristics on radiation treatment conditions is studied.
