| Abstract: | The content of the article reveals the modern approach to the financial management of the company through the use of factor model DuPont. In the framework of this research work, a five-factor model of return on equity is considered to assess the financial condition and analyze the effectiveness of equity management of small and medium-sized businesses in Tomsk. |
