| Abstract: | The article considers real situation of network cooperation in Tomsk region. In article are described the common features of cooperation in network structure in Tomsk. Nowadays the main instrument for realization cluster policy in Tomsk region is INO Tomsk project which brought together the most perspective cluster initiatives in Tomsk. The article deals with barriers that impede the implementation of cluster policies at the regional level. |
