| Abstract: | The most important problem in the study of the implementation of the potential of the older generation is the involvement in the scientific turnover of the necessary amount of empirical information. The sources of information are statistical observation (continuous and selective), sociological surveys, expert opinions. The purpose of this report is to present the main results of the analysis of statistical data characterizing the labor potential of the older generation in the Tomsk region. |
