Abstract: A mathematical model has been developed to calculate the optimal temperature of desublimation metal fluorides and the number of stages desublimation that allows bring the recovery of the desired product from the gas mixture to almost 100%. Experienced test results have been obtained with desublimation of tungsten hexafluoride and tungsten that showed a good convergence with theoretical data. The proposed method of calculating the parameters of the process desublimation can be applied to similar calculations desublimation processes (condensation) of other substances, for maximum efficiency.
