Abstract

В работе выполнен анализ чертежа детали и её технологичности, выполнен чертёж штампованной заготовки, разработан технологический процесс изготовления детали "Цилиндр" с операционными эскизами и описанием переходов по каждой операции, рассчитаны припуски на обработку и технологические размеры, выполнен размерный анализ техпроцесса с уточнением технологических размеров, рассчитаны режимы резания, рассчитаны нормы времени на обработку, спроектирована самоцентрирущая оправка с пневмоприводом, разработаны вопросы экономики и социальной защиты.
