Abstract

Объектом исследования является вал генератора волн.Цель работы – Согласно приведенным чертежам и годовой программой выпускай, разработать технологии изготовления вала генератора волн. В работе изложено обоснование выполнение ВКР, выполнен анализ чертежа детали и её технологичности, выполнен чертёж заготовки, расчёт размера и расчёт времени время для выполнения каждой операции. В работе также выполнен конкурентные технические решения и ресурсоэффективности, анализы вредных и опасных факторов труда технолога, разработка мер защиты и мер предосторожности от них.
