| Abstract: | This article discusses ways to develop an engineer in the form of professional development and retraining courses. The relevance of this topic is due to the lack of students' and professionals' awareness of the importance of further engineering education, the lack of interest in getting additional paid education, and the bad quality of additional education in Russia. |
