| Abstract: | In the present study, we developed conditions for solid-phase extraction of rivaroxaban from plasma samples using sorbent of hyper-crosslinked polystyrene. We suggested compositions of mobile phases which provide full retention of rivaroxaban at separation stage and high degree of extraction at elution stage |
