| Abstract: | Project managers usually say: "Every man can makes the decisions, if he knows the necessary information. Manager can makes the decisions without the half information so excellent head can find the current decisions in full darkness". The opinion shows problems which relevant in the projects special in the field of information technologies (IT-projects). The nature results of article relevant for project IT-team what use creative and solve a lot of project of problems without the half information. |
