| Abstract: | Due to a widespread use of filament techniques in cosmetology (thread-lifting by 3D meso threads), there is a need to investigate the effect of threading on cellular reactions. In this paper, we study synthetic polydioxanone threads of size 30G. Fibrosis was shown [1] to be formed after the introduction (insertion) of these threads in a procedure zone. Thus, this study aims to investigate the cellular response to the thread introduction (insertion). |
