Электроснабжение инструментального завода кузнечного цеха

Abstract

Целью данной работы явилась разработка системы электроснабжения завода с детальной проработкой схемы электроснабжения всех электроприемников кузнечного цеха. В ходе работы был произведен расчет нагрузок завода по исходным данным, с учетом расчетной нагрузки освещения цехов и территории завода, был произведен выбор основного оборудования, а также это оборудование было подвержено поверкам. В результате проектирования, данная модель электроснабжения цеха и всего предприятия в целом надежна и пригодна к эксплуатации.

The purpose of this work was the development of the power supply system of the plant with a detailed study of the electric power supply scheme for all electric receivers of the forging shop. In the course of the work, the loadings of the plant were calculated from the initial data, taking into account the design load of lighting the workshops and the plant territory, the selection of the main equipment was made, and this equipment was subject to verification. As a result of the design, this model of the power supply of the workshop and the whole enterprise as a whole is reliable and suitable for operation.
