Abstract: Remodeling of heart and developing thereof a heart failure still is one of the main reasons for fatal outcomes of the patients who carried a myocardial infarction. Led need of increasing knowledge of the factors leading to various outcomes of a myocardial infarction to the shift of accent of scientific interest towards studying of a phenotype of resident cages of immune system (macrophages) in different morphological structures of a myocardium depending on a stage of pathological process. There are two subpopulations of macrophages: inflammatory M1, in charge of extermination of stranger agents as directly, and due to engaging and activation of other cages of immune system and M2 the macrophages performing adaptive, regenerator and antiinflammatory functions. One of markers of M2 of macrophages is the membranous glycoprotein capable to chemically connect the modified lipoproteins of low density - is stabilin - 1.
