| Abstract: | The present paper deals with evaluation of economy "decarbonation" perspectives in post-Soviet states. The dynamics of this process over the period of 1990-2014 has been studied and the countries have been ranked respectively. Decoupling of GDP growth and CO[2] emissions has been identified. The authors suggest a classification of tools to manage the process. |
