Электроснабжение котельного цеха ОАО «КрасФарма»

Abstract

В работе расчитывается система электроснабжения действующего завода медпрепаратов- ОАО "Красфарма", с подробным рассмотрением котельного цеха. Основные задачи работы: выбор схемы электроснабжение цеха и расчёт его нагрузок, определение расчётных нагрузок предприятие в целом, определение местоположения главной понизительной подстанции (ГПП) с построением картограммы нагрузок, выбор числа, мощности и мест расположения цеховых трансформаторов, выбор оборудования для ГПП. Далее производится электроснабжение цеха с выбором сечения кабелей и выбора защитных аппаратов.

The system calculates the power supply system of the existing plant of medications "Kraspharma", with a detailed examination of the boiler plant. The main tasks of the work: the choice of the scheme of power supply to the workshop and the calculation of its loads, determination of the design loads of the enterprise as a whole, the location of the main step-down substation with the construction of the load cartogram, the choice of number, capacity and location of the shop transformers, the choice of equipment. Further, the power supply of the shop is made with the selection of the cable cross-section and the selection of protective devices.
