Меры по оптимизации взаимодействия таможенных органов и участников ВЭД

Abstract

Работа посвящена мерам по оптимизации взаимодействия таможенных органов РФ и участников ВЭД. В работе рассмотрена нормативно-правовая база, регулирующая действия и возможности таможни по налаживанию такого взаимодействия. Кроме того представлены формы взаимодействия и их реализация на территории РФ, а также рассмотрен международный опыт взаимодействия таможни и бизнеса.

The work is devoted to measures to optimize the interaction between the customs authorities of the Russian Federation and the participants in the foreign economic activity. In work, the author considers legal framework regulating the actions and possibilities of customs to establish such an interaction. In addition, the forms of interaction and their implementation on the territory of the Russian Federation are presented, as well as the international experience of interaction between customs and business.
