| Abstract: | In article the problem of existence of shadow sector in economy is considered. Arguments for benefit of a negative impact on a shadow segment on the level and rates of development of innovative capacity of the country. Need of enhancement of measures of the problem resolution of informal economy for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for innovations and modernization. |
