Abstract: | The paper presents the transmission electron microscope investigations of the heat-resisting Ni-Al alloy structure modified by different elements, in particular, rhenium and ruthenium in the amount of ~4 аt.%. The alloy is investigated after 1000°С annealing during 118 and 372 h. Investigations show that independent from the annealing duration, the main phases in the alloy are y and [gamma]-phases. The increase in the annealing time results in the destruction of the cuboidal structur e of material. The process of phase recrystallization occurring at a time, is accompanied by the formation of new p hases, namely [delta]-phase (Al[3]Ta[3]Ru), Laves phase (Ta[3]Ni[2]Cr[2]Co) and [sigma]-phase (Ni, Co, Al, Re)x(Cr, Mo, Ta, W)y. |
