Abstract: The most popular type of information and educational environment are online courses that contain cloud structures. This does not take into account the specifics of working with big data - the possibility of parallelization and duplication of information flows, especially when using neural network algorithms for data analysis in the learning process. This makes it impossible to deploy structures, and does not exclude the appearance of spam. If traditional methods were followed, it would be extremely difficult to detect complex links between objects. That is why there are a number of needs for research in the field of machine learning, as well as intellectual data processing. Based on the developed methods and the creation of a new information and educational system, the proposed approach will solve this problem and improve the accuracy of the requested object. Also, the new information environment will have to take into account the nonlinearity of the nature of dependencies between competencies, violation of the principle of superposition, which inevitably leads to system errors today.
