Abstract: The paper analyzes the transformation of labor in the conditions of the information society. The purpose of the study was to consider current issues of labor transformation in the conditions of informatization, as well as the associated changes in the requirements for human resources. It is revealed that the modern labor market is focused on the autonomy, mobility and creativity of the specialist. It is indicated that the transition to digital technologies leads to a significant transformation of labor relations towards the formation of a flexible virtual labor market with the use of distance employment. The use of digital technologies opens up new perspectives for fundamental changes in the forms of business processes. It was also found that the result of changes in labor relations in the new conditions are new threats to workers.
