| Abstract: | In this paper, the upgrade ofx-ray diffractometer for studies of structural and phase changes in materials under hydrogen atmosphere was carried out. The main components of the diffractometer were described. Also techniques for diffraction patterns obtaining in the in situ mode were worked out. |
