Abstract: In order to assess the potential of innovative business, a project was implemented to create Russia's first rating of fast-growing high-tech companies (TECHUSPECH). For large, medium and small enterprises, four ratings are formed on the basis of the presented statistics and expert evaluation results. The "Main rating", which combines three local ratings. Ratings "Fast-growing Companies", "Innovative Companies", "Export Potential". These local ratings characterize individual development processes and the focus of enterprises on achieving certain results. The purpose of this paper is to identify correlation dependencies between all the ratings, i.e. dependencies between the selected development processes. The general conclusion: successful Russian hi-tech companies develop, first of all, due to the expansion of sales in the domestic market.
